ZiftOne Connector

Intro

ZiftOne is a partner relationship management (PRM) platform that helps businesses manage and optimize partner channels. Use this connector to import partner activity events, user sign-ins, and system interaction data into Domo for analysis. Learn more about the ZiftOne API.

You connect to your ZiftOne account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the ZiftOne connector user interface. General information for adding DataSets, setting update schedules, and editing DataSet information is discussed in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Prerequisites

To connect to your ZiftOne account and create a DataSet, you must have the following:

• The Username used to log into your Unifyr platform.
• The Password used to log into your Unifyr platform.

Connect to Your ZiftOne Account

This section enumerates the options in the Credentials and Details panes in the ZiftOne Connector page. The components of the other panes in this page, Scheduling and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in greater length in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Credentials Pane

This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your ZiftOne account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:

Field	Description
Username	Enter the username you use to sign in to the Unifyr platform.
Password	Enter the password you use to sign in to the Unifyr platform .

Once you have entered valid ZiftOne credentials, you can use the same account any time you go to create a new ZiftOne DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the Accounts tab in the Data Center. For more information about this tab, see Managing User Accounts for Connectors.

Details Pane

This pane contains a primary Reports menu, along with various other menus for configuring your report.

Menu	Description
Report	Select the ZiftOne report you want to run. Currently only a single report type is available. Aggregated Events Aggregates event data, with optional partner and filter selections Archived Events Retrieves archived event data, with optional partner and filter selections
Group By	Select how to group aggregated events: Partner: Groups events by partner organization User: Groups events by individual user
Event Selection Criteria	Select whether to retrieve all events or filter results by partner and event type.
Partner IDs	Select specific partners to filter the events.
Entity Types	Select specific entity types to filter events.
Entity Operations	Select specific entity operations to filter events.
Events Dates	Select the date range for which you want to fetch the data. The date range cannot be before January 1, 2000, and must not be a future date. For the Archived Events report, you cannot select a date within the last 35 days. For example, let us consider today’s date as April 30, 2026, then you cannot fetch the report anywhere after March 26, 2026.
